Cakeway to the West K-L

Described as part art exhibit, part scavenger hunt, and part history lesson, Cakeway to the West makes the process of exploring my city much more fun!

Obviously, more cakes will be added as I find them...

Laclede's Landing: Nine block area settled in 1764 by fur traders. Still has cobblestone streets and an impressive night life.

We weren't sure why it was up in the air, but hey...ok...
Lewis and Clark Boat House and Nature Center: Commemorates Lewis and Clark's expedition.

Buddy was thirsty.

Lindenwood University: 2nd oldest higher education facility west of the Mississippi.

Lone Elk State Park: There is a nice driving route through this park which allows you to see white tailed deer, bison and elk.

Tree pose
Ummm...also tree pose. ;)
