Cakeway to the West C

Described as part art exhibit, part scavenger hunt, and part history lesson, Cakeway to the West makes the process of exploring my city much more fun!

Obviously, more cakes will be added as I find them...

Centennial Greenway/KATY Trail: The nation's longest rails to trails project, you can hike or bike through some amazing Missouri scenery.

City Museum: The brain child of Bob Cassilly, who took a 600,000 old shoe factory and turned unique objects found within the city limits into a spectacular mixture of jungle gym, playground, funhouse, and more that children and adults all love. Word to the wise: bring knee pads! You won't want to miss out on this one.

Get ready to crawl, climb and feel like a kid again!
Cherokee Business District: The only place to enjoy Cinco de Mayo in St. Louis! The little boutiques are fantastic. Head to Eve's Apple Vintage if you are looking for some super cute and unique summer sundresses.

This quaint little district is worth a visit!

Creve Coeur Lake: Largest natural lake in Missouri. Great place for a run, a walk, a bike ride with water activities, like kayaking and paddle boarding, during the summer.

My walking companion while her mom took professional photos.
